How long does shipping take?
It depends on the item — each product page states its delivery window. Items stocked in our US warehouses arrive in 2–5 business days; items shipped from our overseas partners take 8–12 business days with full tracking either way. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

What's your return policy?
If something arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it — usually without asking you to ship anything back.
My cat ignored the toy I bought. Can I return it?
